Happy 4th of July- US Independence Day

Happy 4th of July to all my blogger friends.

Hope your having fun celebrate our country's independence. Don't forget it's not just about grilling and fireworks.  Remember God has blessed the USA and made it great we should not take our liberty and freedoms lightly.

Today I want to share a shaker card I made using the Number of Years stamp set.

I also used red foil sheet, silver glimmer paper and the new In-Colors DSP in Dapper Denim.
The "happy" and the '4' were cut out using the Number of Years framelits and the Hello You thinlits.
I also used the layering circles dies.
Inside the shaker card I used the metallic sequins.
The new foam strips made assembling this shaker easy peasy.
You can find all these items in the 2016-2017 Annual catalog.

Hope you have a safe and fun holiday.

Bye Bye for Now,
KIM

Stampin Up Challenge #4 Love Blossoms

My post for today is my final card for Valentine's Day using the Love Blossoms suite in the Occasions catalog on pages 16 &17.  I made a shaker card and filled it with the sequins from the Love Blossoms embellishment kit and Blushing Bride Glimmer paper hearts,

The fourteen was die cut using the Large Numbers framelits dies 140622,  These framelits also come with a coordinating stamp set Number of Years 140633.  If you bundle the two you can save 15% 140811.  These items are featured on pages 10 & 11.

I think I have used most of the stamped images and sayings as well as most of the embellishment kit on all my Valentine's cards and projects.  For my next project I will be moving onto another suite featured in the Occasions catalog, "It's My Party".  I will be making cards, gift bags, tags and 3-D items such as treat boxes for party favors.

If you would like to order any of the items I have featured click HERE to go to my Stampin Up web site and remember Sale-A Bration is going on until March 31st.  That's means with a $50 purchase you can choose one FREE item.

Stay tuned for more crafting goodness.

Challenge # 202 at FCCB, Pinch Me, Use Green

Happy St. Patrick's Day
This is the day we all get to be a little Irish.
The challenge at FCCB this week is to use the color GREEN. Well what's more green than a shamrock.

I made my shaker card using the shamrock cut on the Cricut cartridge Paper Doll Dress Up. The tag was cut from George and Basic shapes using gold paper and the the stamped sentiment was added.  I found the shamrock ribbon at Joann's.  The banner is cut from a Spellbinders die out of the gold paper and stamped with March 17.  I cut two of the shamrocks from the ribbon.  The background paper is from DCWV "Chateau Lavender" stack.

As the sentiment says "Wishing you Luck all the day through & more than a wee bit of Happiness, too!

Join the challenge this week and have fun.
